Jill L. Velt,

Jill L. Velt advises individuals and organizations on immigration and nationality law. She helps secure temporary visas, permanent residence, citizenship, and other immigration benefits for foreign nationals, employers, and family members seeking to sponsor foreign nationals. She represents clients in filings before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”), the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State.  

Since 2001 Jill has been uniting foreign nationals with family members in the U.S. through adjustment of status and consular processing. She has helped numerous individuals become U.S. citizens.  Jill has helped foreign nationals obtain specialized visas, including U visas and VAWA.
